The centre aims to make appointments within 24 hours of referral. If required, you can book an appointment on the same day (by arrangement with the referring doctor) via our "med-vaults" online patient referral system.

Reports from our team of specialist radiologists are usually available within 24 hours of imaging, but can be prepared on the same day if required. We can also offer referring clinicians secure online access to their patients' medical images and radiology reports.

Consultations with leading specialist clinicians are available to patients referred by their general practitioners (GPs).
 
Musculo-skeletal rehabilitation
MedTel is anxious that its patients receive the best and most comprehensive care on-site from diagnosis to treatment, which explains why the company has partnered with Health & Fitness Solutions, an independent MSK rehabilitation facility on the same premises, whose mission is to provide the highest quality service to patients with pain and injury.
 
Medical Chambers
The City of London Medical Centre has established a Medical Chambers that provides referring doctors and their patients with access to a unique combination of multi-disciplinary clinical expertise.

Managed by clinicians, the Chambers' infrastructure means patients can be assessed simultaneously by leading consultants in complementary clinical specialities. The ability to undertake joint clinical and radiological case conferences onsite speeds the patient's treatment.
