Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeons are trained in the surgical and medical treatment of conditions of the ears, nose, throat, head and neck, including facial plastics and some cosmetic surgery. Some of the conditions that might be treated include the following.

The ears. Hearing loss, Ear infections, Balanace disorders, Ear noise (tinnitus).

The nose. Injuries to the nose, Deformities of the nose, Cosmetic surgery of the nose, Adenoidectomy, Sinus infections, Seasonal allergies (hay fever), Tumours of the nose and sinuses.

The throat. Inflammation of the throat (tonsillectomy), Laryngitis, Snoring, Voice and swallowing disorders, Tumours of the throat and larynx.

Head and Neck. Swelling of the neck, Cysts, Thyroid disorders and tumours e.g. cancerous and non-cancerous tumours of lymph and salivary glands.

Cosmetic Procedures. Rhinoplasty, Otoplasty, Facial Plastics.

When surgical procedures are recommended as a day case procedure, these can be undertaken at the centre, if an overnight stay is required the specialist will arrange an alternative facility.
